The workouts combine elements of gymnastics, body weight exercises and strength training to increase your child's endurance, power, srength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy and coordination. What also increases is your child's confidence and self-esteem. These elements are combined in an environment of fun while teaching them correct form for functional movement as well as building a foundation for optimizing their athletic performance.
